Dear Prospective Sponsor,

My name is Gabby Madrigal, Chairperson of the SRC Young Professionals Network, a committee of the Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS®. We formally launched in 2009 as a small interest group of roughly 5-10 members. Since that time we have grown into a recognized committee which is capable of providing our local area REALTORS® with unprecedented support and opportunities.

Our committee is attempting to raise funds to help us support, train, educate and promote our local Real Estate Professionals through various channels. Until now we have largely relied on donations from local businesses and individuals. Currently, we are looking to raise revenue and awareness of our presence in the community. We regularly secure sponsorship items from those businesses looking to get their name and products/services out to our members.

We would like to formally extend our gratitude and ask your company to consider sponsoring the SRC Young Professionals Network. Your sponsorship does not need to be extravagant or expensive. Our past successes have included venues (for hosting the event) free-of-charge, gift-baskets, gift-cards, services/products at no charge, opportunity drawings for TV’s, and the list goes on. Previous sponsors will agree that sponsorship of our events has been beneficial to their respective businesses.

In addition, we do offer long-term sponsorship including Annual, and Education & Networking event(s). Attached to this letter is our current schedule detailing the benefits of the various sponsorship opportunities.

Platinum Sponsor: $1,000

• Your company logo will get top billing display position on all printed YPN promotional material
• Your company logo will be displayed on all Social Media outlets and the YPN website
• Opportunity to display your banner and marketing materials at Education & Mixer events (where allowed)
• DJ shout outs at mixers, gatherings and events recognizing your investment/commitment to YPN
• Social Media blitz by YPN board members welcoming/thanking you for your partnership
• Two (2) free admissions to annual Cheers to the Year event
• Opportunity to setup a booth at eligible YPN events
• Your company logo on all YPN produced videos – highlighting your company

Gold Sponsor: $500

• Opportunity to display your banner and marketing materials at Education & Mixer events (where allowed)
• DJ shout‐outs at mixers, gatherings and events recognizing your investment/commitment to YPN
• Social Media blitz by YPN board members welcoming/thanking you for your partnership

Event Sponsor (Limit 4 per event, 1 per Industry): $250 

• Your company logo will be displayed on event promotional material
• Shout‐outs at event
• Time to speak at event (60 seconds)
